We do not own properties for sale/for rent. These are either for sale by owner or with a realtor.
Perspective buyers should know of the VPE maintenance fee of $175.00 that covers common facility expenses; as well as lawn maintenance, basic cable, trash pick-up and water for each unit.
Venetian Park Estates is NOT directly involved with property rentals, and the Office does NOT keep a running list of available units. Rental agreements must be made directly between the Property Owner and the Prospective Renter.
There are always many more requests for rentals than there are homes available, and most arrangements are made months in advance. Thus, Prospective Renters are advised that they should start checking around early.
There are special rules that apply for the transfer of properties at VPE. Some have to do with a particular class of real estate. Some are rules of VPE. Read about them here:
